Le Violon d’Ingres
135 Rue Saint-Dominique

Top-notch French food in Paris! One of the best fine food restaurants around, directed by former chef of the Crillon hotel, Christian Constant. According to Mr. Constant, his “dishes are based on the accents of South-West France, from my village Montauban, with a modern spin”. Menu prices run around 70 euros, and lunch can cost about 37 euros. Pricey but great. Reservations are required due to its high demand. Le Violon d’Ingres is open for dinner Mondays through Saturdays, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and open for lunch on Tuesdays through Saturdays from Noon until 2:30 PM.
